remove references to /afs/cern.ch/group (which is gone)

Jan Iven requested to merge remove_cern_ch_group into master

NOAFS-32 removed the (empty) /afs/cern.ch/group area. This MR removes any references from the "hepix" infrastructure and some per-group scripts.
