The temporary file to which this line refers is no longer created, so it
doesn't need to be deleted.

It must be an integer. Casting it into one.

This adds one of the central PDF fragments to the common SUSY setup. It
was discussed in the Background Forum meeting on 14.4 and agreed that
this would be done. This brings the SUSY setup in line with the current
PMG recommendations, and has the nice benefit of including systematic
variations in a standard way.

There actually need to be spaces at the beginning of the lines
specifying decays in order for them to be correctly interpreted by
MadSpin. I didn't see this coming, that's for sure. This fixing an issue
when applying the Higgs decays.

Before, we just took the first hit. This looks a little more carefully
at the output, to say that if we had a hit that looks like it came from
a grid pack it should get used first, and otherwise we take the first
hit (same default). It protects against the case that the gridpack has
some old events stashed in it.
