Upon request from Simulation experts, this commit implements a reduction in the
assigned severity of Geant4 errors. The errors will still fail the job, but the

Fixing ISF_ProtonAFIIGeant4Selector configuration (ATLASSIM-4518)

After a detailed investigation detailed in ATLPHYSVAL-630, it was determined that since release/21.0.41 particles
were reset to their original properties each time they were passed back from ISF to Geant4, rather than keeping
track of the energy lost in the propagation through the detector so far. The fix does not seem to alter the output
for the FullG4 simulator in ISF or `AtlasG4_tf.py` in local tests, but this should be carefully checked with higher
statistics.

The ParticlePDG for the `ISF_ProtonAFIIGeant4Selector` was set to 2112 (neutron) instead of 2212 (proton).
Should fix ATLASSIM-4518.

Took Scott's update from the master branch for this.

At the same time, now with debugging over, silenced the messages from
xAODEventAuxInfoCnv_v2.

The converters are set up to convert _v2 objects into _v1 objects
in memory. To be able to read release 22 files, while still producing
files with the same EDM that release 21 analyses would expect.

Took the class from the master branch, and introduced it to the
xAODEventInfo package. But didn't set it up as the "latest" version
of the class, jobs would still create xAOD::EventAuxInfo_v1 objects
by default.

Sweeping !31856 from 21.3 to 21.0.
