Adding helper for MadSpin on LHE stand-alone

This change performs the same duty as the above but without having to
create a process directory. It relies on the use of the executable
described on
https://cp3.irmp.ucl.ac.be/projects/madgraph/wiki/MadSpin

This helper function allows users to run madspin on an LHE file
directly, without setting things up before hand. Should be useful for
cases where we have an input LHE file and want to run MadSpin before the
shower. Assumes a MG5_aMC-structured LHE file.

  - Already available in ALRB (lsetup dcube).
  - Development moved to https://gitlab.cern.ch/art/dcube.

Special handling for evgen MP

In evgen we need to handle MP a bit differently. This is my attempt,
which seems to avoid errors in the transform itself. The problem is that
we normally disable MP during the job, so that the output file appears
as just a simple output file with whatever name has been assigned by the
transform. There aren't a bunch of workers. Very happy to have input on
whether there's a better way to do this!
