Merge HpC example processor into master

Tiziano Bevilacqua requested to merge tbevilac/higgs-dna-tiziano-bevilacqua:HpC_dev_merge into master

Added new example processor, some functions were moved to separate locations. I tried to avoid code duplication but this was not 100% successful (photon selection version are not 100% synched and diphoton architecture with the retraining is different). In particular have a look at the few changes I made to the base.py processor.
