Develop and allow IDTPM tool instances (=TrkAnalyses) + corresponding histograms booking/filling

Develop TrkAnalyses objects to accommodate the various use-cases and streamline the IDTPM tool implementation. Each TrkAnalysis corresponds to a different instance of the IDPTM tool which can be configured by reading the corresponding flags (which steer between the different use-cases) that are read from each entry of a .json file. Each TrkAnalysis object defines/books an independent set of histograms, whose definition is read from json.
