ParticleCaloExtension: Suppress cppcheck warning.

Another bogus missingReturn warning.

Many of the "false positives" have been fixed in our current version of
cppcheck (2.16). Remove the suppression of these defects.

The CaloExtension is not managed by SG anymore, so any code should be careful with passing ptr around
