Many of these packages were moved to the atlasexternals repository. Others
were just deprecated.

Setting up an RPM dependency on the appropriate ATLAS_ReleaseData_vXX package (AtlasDataArea-00-00-30)

	  separately, which should hold the same data that's by default on
	  AFS.

	* Making use of the new capability introduced in AtlasLCG-00-00-39
	  for forceably setting the ATLASCALDATA and ATLASTESTDATA
	  environment variables, even if they are already in the
	  environment. Thereby allowing us to override settings in a
	  patch release.
	* SITEROOT and ATLAS_RELEASEDATA are however still taken from
	  the parent environment, if they were set there already.
