Thinning cleanup
This cleans up the thinning tools quite a lot. I replaced the custom Hbb thinning tool with a few tools that thin based on links connected to large-R jets. This should be more flexible and more standard.
I also added a common pt threshold (currently set to 200 GeV) for all the large-R jet thinning: this includes the TCC and UFO thinning tools. I think the thinning is doing what we want: when I crank this threshold up to around 10 TeV the largest containers in checkFile are truth containers, but these are less than 1 kb / event.
Sorry, @miochoa for the all the major rewrites! The output from this seems to run well in the ntuple dumper.
