calibration

• Adding /CARDx/CHANNELx/Calibration service as described in https://apc-dev.web.cern.ch/docs/drafts/current/ntof-software-architecture.html#DAQ_Calibration
• Fix MODH and RCTR to use calibrated values and set date/time
• Update DIM services types to match MODH/RCTR and DaqManager internal types
• Fix calibrate command (that is now used by StandaloneDAQ, when re-configuring a daq)

Major revision number incremented and StandaloneDAQ application modified accordingly
