TrigEgammaMonitoring: Use Accessor, etc instead of auxdata().

Replace auxdata, etc. with Accessor classes.
Moving to deprecate these usages in the Athena build.

TriggerAnalysisConfig: Add more prescale options

Adding more option for trigger prescaling. One thing to consider
is if there should be check that trigger in `prescaleLumiCalcFiles`
is compatible with `prescaleTriggersFormula`, but I would hope that
the tool itself gives reasonable error if they are not.

ChainNameParser: fix regex to handle jet trigger names with c, f, a suffix

Magfield Elements. Try to rm some duplicate functionality

Change the `AlgSequence` from a class deriving from `AthSequencer` to a
function. This ensures that `AlgSequence()` and `AthSequencer("TopAlg")`
actually return the same object.
