docker-privileged jobs get a fresh VM each time, so no need to clean up explicitly anymore

Use new experimental docker-privileged runners

This allows to generate custom builds of Openshift: RPMs and docker
images.

RPMs are published in https://originbuilds.web.cern.ch/originbuilds/rpms
via EOS

It necessitates a runner giving access to docker and privileged
containers, with tag `openshift-cluster-ci`.
