The old policybinding endpoint has been removed for OpenShift 3.7 (see. https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/3.7/release_notes/ocp_3_7_release_notes.html).

We need this for the e-group controller https://gitlab.cern.ch/paas-tools/paas-infra/egroup-sync
