Adding in scripts for width/mass scan

  • create2DScanDatacards.py makes the binwise fit coefficients, datacards, and split shapes file
  • TopWidMassScan.py is the modification to PhysicsModel for the scan
  • steerTopWidthAnalysis.py has commands MAKE_SCANCARDS, SIMWORKSPACE, SIMSCAN which run the cards creation, make the workspace, and scan, respectively.
