Hello,

As discussed in ATR-31041, trigger ART tests have large disk footprint. One obvious mitigation measure is to restrict the number of platforms for the main branch.
Currently we submit to gcc13, gcc14 and clang19 nightlies, but we only monitor gcc13 results.
With this MR, we only submit tests for the gcc13 variant, saving CPU and disk.
The MR targets 24.0 to keep tests in sync between 24.0 and main.
