This reverts merge request !524

- remove destructors qualified with 'override = default'
- prefer inheriting constructors

Replace code that relies on implicit StatusCode bool/long conversions.

pyRoot will not perform the implict conversion from a string to
a string_ref -- so add a helper which does.

These are missing override warnings. We were already ignoring them in other places, they have now appeared in new packages.

Tweaking the code and configuration to make it possible to compile the code on linux with only ROOT, Boost and TBB available.

Adding changes that make it possible to build Gaudi without AIDA and CppUnit. With a reduced set of compiled code of course.

Note that one of them was a genuine bug in the move constructor of DataObjectHandleBase.
But as it is probably never used, it was not seen so far

there is a problem with ROOT 6.08 and it is not really needed
(see GAUDI-1098)
