Menu with new selection streams
requested to merge matteomi/scouting-fm-configuration:NewSelectionStreams into scoutFM-RCMS_4_9_3_SCOUTFM_v17
Added to the menu new BxSelector modules for the selection stream.
As a consequence of this, the new prescale for ZB stream during collision is now set to 30.
I compiled the code at p5 with /cmsnfshome0/nfshome0/matteomi/CMSSW_14_0_9_patch1_MULTIARCHS.
