[SPI-2113] Add pythia8-307 to LCG nightly builds

pythia8-307 is added to LCG nightly builds:

  • a patch correcting several typos for antiName and chargeType properties for diffractive states (based on Pythia8 fixes) is applied and pythia8-307 is released as pythia8-307p1 (agreed with Philip Ilten and Giancarlo Panizzo
  • --cxx-common= provided by lcgcmake and overriding default pythia8 flags is removed
