SPI-2162 "Cepgen"

Dmitri Konstantinov requested to merge SPI-2162-CepGen into master

Following Laurent Forthomme's request described in SPI-2162 we add CepGen 1.0.1. into LCG stack. It is built with all addons "described" in source-lxplus.sh "configuration".

Also I disabled MacOS build which give many compilation errors.
