macPreInstall on different host

Andre Sailer requested to merge fixMacPreInstall into master

This makes lcgcmake install use a linux host to make the /Users/Shared/cvmfs... structure needed for macOS. We can then copy the files from that host to cvmfs (or directly to this on the cvmfs publisher if we ask for /Users/Shared to be created.
