Update HepMC3 to 3.2.7 in nightlies

Errors caused by the patch I put in for the deduce_reader issue?

hi @sailer , I do not know yet. It might be. I am a bit busy now with bug fixing several offsets for ATLAS. Will have a look after.

Yes, it is that patch. HepMC3.2.7 doesn't include the change around deduce_reader, so the include is breaking things for HepMC3.2.7

However the hepMC3 master didn't increment the patch version, so no good way to differentiate the two.

Now we could change this line https://gitlab.cern.ch/sft/lcgcmake/-/blob/master/generators/patches/rivet-3.1.8.patch#L6

And apply changes for hepmc3>=3.2.8

Yes, I missed that the patch number was incremented in hepmc3 master. https://gitlab.cern.ch/hepmc/HepMC3/-/blob/4f8920636c9bb2e67b46a4e3ec83f40466ccee4a/include/HepMC3/Version.h#L12 So incrementing the number is the thing to do.

@sailer , maybe it is better to name rivet-3.1.8 differently after this patch, rivet-3.1.8p1, just to simplify possible future layers for 102b and 104x.
