SPI-2504: Update of pytest-cov, coverage and pytest

The MR:

  • Update pluggy-1.4.0(0.13.1) needed by pytest
  • Update pytest-8.0.0(7.4.0)
  • Adapt pytest installatin way using pip not setup.py
  • Update coverage-7.4.1(6.3.2) and pytest_cov-4.1.0(3.0.0)
