SPI-2569: LCG_104d_ATLAS_17_18

Dmitri Konstantinov requested to merge 104-LCG_104d_ATLAS_17_18 into LCG_104-patches

The MR and new ATLAS layers are described in SPI-2569.

  • The layers are based on previous ATLAS layer, ie on LCG_104d_ATLAS_15 and 16.
  • new version of pythia8 - 312
  • Geneva, a Monte-Carlo event generator - geneva-1.0-rc3 with a patch
    • adding a deprecated in cmake function used in it
    • replacing broken URL for beam-function data files
  • adding forgotten sympy package to ATLAS "top_packages"
  • apply additional patch to madgraph5amc-3.5.4 and release it as madgraph5amc-3.5.4.atlas7

It doesn't include initially requested EPOS 4.0
