Firmware synthesis for KC705

The KC705 firmware cannot be built at the moment. Additions from the trigger branch which only work on our BDAQ board, have to be put in ifdef BDAQ53.

In general, you should always test if the firmware synthesizes for every hardware platform before merging new Verilog code.
