FIFO not empty after reset

Right now we see at the begin of almost every scan a warning from fifo_readout: FIFO not empty after reset. This creates some issues for example with the eudaq scan. It should be investigated where this additional data is coming from.

A workaround is to just wait a bit after the initial reset and reset again to make sure the FIFO is empty before a new scan starts.
