Use testbench.yaml in eudaq scan

To enable readout system specific settings (e.g. where to send the raw data to, how to name the data files) the EUDAQ scan should take the testbench.yaml as an input parameter. Right now several instances of bdaq53 try to write to the same file and try to send data one the same socket. That can not work of cause.
