ADD: ITkPixV1 Pipeline

With the ITkPixV1 support available in Bdaq53, we should implement CI to make sure all features work at all times. Any opinions whether now is the right time? The idea is to build it the same way as: https://gitlab.cern.ch/silab/bdaq53/-/jobs/8143785 Where should the runner be, should we implement a new runner or add to the existing one? Any other thoughts?
