Fix stop readout #162

This addresses issue #162 (closed).

The stop_readout function is fixed and now called in scan_ext_trigger.py. Additionally, the readout contextmanager was fixed, as indicated by @jjanssen. Thank you again!

We should merge this fix.

Only for my information: We could also merge without the rebase since there were no conflicts, right? Is it 'safer' to rebase first?

In this case yes, since unit tests changed and a rebase forces a recheck with new unit tests. In general I do not really have an opinion on this ;-)
