ENH: Scan speed improvement

Marco Vogt requested to merge improve_scan_speed into development

Thanks to the updated SiTCP interface module of Basil, the communication with the SiTCP core is now also using the TCP protocol for the data, which is sent to the BDAQ and not only for the receiving data from the chip. This can improve scan duration significantly, if a lot of data is transferred to the chip.
