This MR double checked all functions in ITkPixV1 concerning correct register assingment and usage. The following features were added and verified:

ADDED: toggle_output_select
ADDED: Temperature read back for all 5 temperature sensors (still to be calibrated at arrival)
VERIFIED: analog & digital injection
VERIFIED: ring oscillator readback
VERIFIED: Global Pulse mapping

In addition to that #361 (closed) was fixed!
