FIX: Moduletesting hotfixes
This hotfix MR fixes an undocumented bug in multi module mode, where the FW based AZ pulse was only sent to one of the FEs.
Also it works around a periphery bug (#365 (closed)) by always powering down HV after a scan. Furthermore, implements a manual noisy pixel filter in the module plotting script.
