ENH: Add injection circuit measurements

This MR adds the two injection measurements discussed in the last meetings to the repository.

test_injection_frequency performs threshold scans at decreasing amount of 'wait_cycles' to see the measured charge decrease with frequency

Result: injection_frequency.pdf

test_simultaneous_injections increases the amount of simultaneously injected pixels while measuring the charge via TDC in one pixel. Charge decreases from overload of the injection circuit.
