RD53B Online Analysis + TDAC Tuning compatibility for ITkPixV1

This MR adds:

• Major changes:
  • speed up rd53b analysis
  • online analysis for RD53B + unit tests
  • existing TDAC tuning is made compatible with ITkPixV1
  • TDAC retune feature is fixed
• Minor changes:
  • Plotting fixes
  • cleanup of noise occupancy scan
  • cleanup of itkpixv1 default config
  • fix chunked rd53b analysis test
