WIP: ITkPix CLEAR command workaround for source/ext.trigger scans

This MR adds a workaround for ITkPixV1 in order to be able to do source scans. It was observed that the chip gets stuck after some time during source scans. The chip can be revived by sending a CLEAR command.

ToDos:

  • implement CLEAR cmd workaround based on checking raw data
  • Add empty/bad events to HitTable flagging events with TLU word but no chip data at all
  • Add this also to Event status
