Fix logging

Michael Daas requested to merge fix_logging into development

Much nicer and streamlined logging in console and logfiles Also:

  • Renamed main class rd53a to RD53A: Looks much nicer in log output
  • Add online monitor to standard yaml files for scans
  • Create all plots with a single function of you only want the scan standard plots
  • Move script for analysis of existing data to examples folder
