Module testing

Possibility to monitor environmental data.

  • add environmental data to interpreted_data file
  • add data to combined module file - [ ] full interlock with bdaq
  • Add fix for ToT Tuning (skip analysis)
  • Possible to add slack notification if interlock signal is send
