LocalDB V2

  • Updated code to Docker Compose v2 and the current MongoDB CLI version
  • Added compatibility with SELinux enabled systems
  • Removed unused grafana and telegraf images
  • Custom image building has been removed. Instead, the localDB image is taken from the localDB-tools repository
  • BDAQ test type is now converted to YARR test type
  • Scan config is now queried from the YARR repository
  • A mapping of chip types has been implemented (e.g., ITkpixv1 -> ITkpix_v1.1)
  • Implemented a local server config file which stores/loads admin and hosting data
  • Added reverse proxy options to the compose file (needed for Uni Bonn LocalDB server)
  • Ensured PEP8 code formatting rules
