Electrical Module QC

ToDos:

• provide out-of the box working testbench (no QMS card, no periphery/DCS, no hardcoded folders, ITkPix single chip)
• Separate QC analysis from main analysis and make it optional (converted into issue)
• Make sure that scans still work with simple/old periphery class -> required for wafer probing
• Fix #509 (closed)
• Add new FW (for LP mode to wiki)
