FIX: add missing 'invert_ptot' attribute according to chip type

Pascal Wolf requested to merge fix_bdaq_monitor_missing_attr into development

This fixes the bdaq online monitor for chips that require information about the precision ToT inversion (e.g. itkpixv1/2, crocv1) by adding the missing attribute according to the chip type
