Making the CI ntuples a bit more realistic

This MR makes the generation of CI ntuples a bit more realistic by drawing the distributions from distributions that are (shape-wise) closer to the actual physics distributions.

Furthermore the variables are renamed.

To also make the regression part of the CI work properly, all unused TrainingLabel values are now set to nan values.
