This MR removes the suggestions from the documentation to use the LCG_100_nxcals LCG stack because this seems to have an issue with tensorflow at the moment. Instead LCG_97apython3_ATLAS_1 is suggested which seems to work.

Furthermore additional information on LCG stacks is added.
