Implementing an option so the user can define the 'NtuplePath' in the config file

This MR

  • Implements an option that allows users to define the NtuplePath directly in the config file, hence making the definition in the setup.sh script obsolete. No OutputDir function is added for now because the code can simply be run elsewhere to get the same effect. Closes #30 (closed)
