Mva injector update

Steffen Korn requested to merge MVA_Injector_Update into master

This MR fixes #9 (closed).

The code in the MVAInjector is simplified and should now also work for multi-class cases and binary cases. It should also work for both simultaneously (in case that is ever needed).

I also finally added a section about the injection in the README.
