WGAN Update

This MR updates the WGAN part of the code a bit.

• Removing obsolete items such as ClipConstraint and other imports
• Adding parameters to config file -> new custom settings
• Fix to CtrlPlots when only one sample is used (I.e. for a WGAN training)
• Some other smaller changes/fixes
