Develop testing pipeline for host and DAQ-ARM(?)

• factorise git ci and add test run
• Add test analysis against the expected output test for DAQ-ARM?

Finalise with

• Change test to the next step
• Change the comparison to set and compare each entry.
• Change the look of the table to report only the difference

Review

• Change to uproot and factorise code and add docstrings
• clean directories and discard all old conventions
