	* Moved the CMake code into a cmake/ subdirectory, as that's a
	  convention already started in some packages.
	* Updated the installation locations of the CMake specific files.
	  So that downstream users would be able to find the code using
	  a simple find_package(AthenaPoolUtilitiesTest) call.
	* Updated the run_tpcnv_test code to be more in line with how the
	  code in AtlasCMake is implemented.
