Fixing, and protecting the CMake code some more (AthenaPoolUtilities-00-07-27)

	  would fail with less of a bang when something goes wrong.
	* Fixed the postfix in which the code looks for the installed
	  run_tpcnv_test.sh.in file.

	* Moved the CMake code into a cmake/ subdirectory, as that's a
	  convention already started in some packages.
	* Updated the installation locations of the CMake specific files.
	  So that downstream users would be able to find the code using
	  a simple find_package(AthenaPoolUtilitiesTest) call.
	* Updated the run_tpcnv_test code to be more in line with how the
	  code in AtlasCMake is implemented.
