Made the package depend on FFTW, to fulfil a runtime dependency
for RooFFTConvPdf, and also cleaned up the configuration a bit at
the same time.

This is needed at runtime, when using RooFFTConvPdf.

And while at it, made a couple other small fixes in the configuration
as well.

Hello,

This MR is simply renaming CombinedP4FromRecoTaus to TauCombinedTES, as the former is not very harmonious and does not follow the tauRecTools tool naming convention.
It does not change the reconstruction output.
