We want to use 'count', not 'find', to count the number of instances of
the string in python. The number of events reported up to now was just
wrong, it seems.

TCT increasing number of events, using conditionsTag v03, doing comparison only when reco is successful

Restrict the `--long` option to txt output as it wasn't working for
Python dependencies in the DOT graph anyway. Also fix error handling.

Only create sub-graphs when more than one package/target was specified
on the command line. This helps with digesting the files by external
libraries like `vis.js` that do not support sub-graphs.

Disable athenamp_recotf_with_rdo tests for the moment since AthenaMT/MP hybrid does not work with RDOtoRDOTrigger

Introduce TrfTestsART package: run several AthenaMT reco tests with different configurations in ART using several thousand events to spot threading related issues

Packages without dependencies were treated as external.

Add `--batch` mode to create dependency information for a large number
of packages using multiple processes.

Add argparse and add --extravars amd --counter command line options, change run/event number back to ints

Change RDO input tests to use AthenaMT with threads=1 or MP/MT hybrid since RDOtoRDOTrigger does only support AthenaMT in master

doing the diff comparison only when the Reco_tf step is successful; updated the contitionsTag for the new expressstream tests

This MR update the current MT tests and add MP and serial tests. Data and MC input files have also been updated.

TMDB simulation can run now either by using the standard TileCal
pedestal and noise or including a layer of pileup events during
simulation.
