No need to configure paths for NVIDIA driver binaries and libs 

After the upgrade to a new NVIDIA GPU operator, the NVIDIA
container runtime makes the NVIDIA driver binaries and libraries
automatically available at standard locations (i.e. /usr/bin and
/usr/lib64, respectively) to pods that got assigned a GPU.
